Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange a product for a different size or color, contact us on WhatsApp at +923286227056 to get the return address. Please send the product(s) back in new and unused condition using any courier service. We recommend reusing our original packaging or any sturdy shopping bag you have at home. Avoid using courier flyers, as they may charge you extra for packaging.
Once we receive the product, we will process the exchange and send it back to you promptly. If any issues arise, our customer service representative will contact you for clarification.
The exchange process may take 5-7 days, and you will only need to cover the shipping cost for the exchange.
